Data collected

This site has no user accounts and no advertising cookies. Only two processing activities: the data payment and delivery require (your email address and payment data, processed directly by Stripe at purchase), and — if you request it — the subscription to our email tips via the free checklist form, described below.

Email tips (free checklist)

If you request the free checklist, we collect your email address (and, if you provide it, your first name) with your explicit consent — the checkbox is never pre-ticked. Purpose: sending you Qualiopi tips and our offers by email. We also record the exact consent wording displayed, its date, the page of origin and an anonymised technical fingerprint (your IP address is never stored in clear text). This data is kept in a dedicated database, accessible only to us, and is never passed on to third parties.

Retention: until you withdraw your consent, and at most 3 years after your last contact. To unsubscribe or have your data erased at any time, write to admin@tech-bharat.com: erasure is carried out without delay.

Payment

Payments are operated by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never have access to your card data. See Stripe’s privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

Purposes and retention

Your purchase email is used to deliver the product, answer your support requests and honour the money-back guarantee. Transaction records are kept for the statutory accounting periods (10 years), with no other use.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection over your data. To exercise them, write to admin@tech-bharat.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Hosting and analytics

The site is hosted by Vercel. No audience measurement tool that deposits cookies is used, which is why no consent banner is displayed.
