The 32 Qualiopi indicators explained

For each indicator: what the framework requires, what the auditor checks, the evidence to prepare and the mistakes that cost a non-conformity. Organised by criterion, as in the framework itself.

These sheets describe the framework that applies to audits until 31 October 2026. Decree no. 2026-728 of 1 August 2026 brings it to 33 indicators from 1 November 2026.
