FAQ — CSE / SSCT approval
+Can a non-approved provider train CSE members?
Not for SSCT or economic training: the Labour Code reserves these for approved organisations. Other courses aimed at elected members remain unrestricted.
+National or regional approval: what is the difference?
The national list is set by ministerial order; regional lists are set by the regional prefect after DREETS review. Both confer the right to deliver these courses.
+Who pays for these courses?
SSCT training is paid for by the employer; economic training is financed by the CSE's operating budget.
