Mandatory to deliver workplace first-aid (SST) courses: only an authorised organisation may train and issue SST certificates.

SST authorisation permits training in this specific field; Qualiopi is still needed whenever the courses draw public or pooled funding. Both apply together.

FAQ — SST authorisation
+Can a non-authorised provider deliver SST training?
No: SST training and certificate issuance are reserved for entities authorised by the health-insurance occupational-risks network / INRS.
+How long is the SST certificate valid?
24 months: the holder must then attend a refresher course (MAC) to keep the certificate valid.
+Does SST authorisation exempt a provider from Qualiopi?
No. If SST courses are funded by public or pooled money (e.g. by an OPCO), the provider must also hold Qualiopi.
