The link with Qualiopi
ISO 29993 describes a quality learning service, in a spirit very close to the Qualiopi indicators on public information, needs analysis and assessment. It opens no rights to French funding, however.
The process, summarised
- 1.Align services with the standard's service requirements (prior information, objectives, materials, assessment).
- 2.Have conformity assessed by a third-party body.
- 3.Maintain conformity over time through follow-up assessments.
