The link with Qualiopi
The label does not replace Qualiopi certification for funding access. AFNOR Certification is also one of the main Qualiopi certification bodies: the labelling process can serve as a documentary rehearsal before the audit.
To prepare Qualiopi certification itself, see the guide to the 32 indicators of the framework.
The process, summarised
- 1.Contact AFNOR Certification to define the labelling scope.
- 2.Provide the requested documentation and take part in the remote assessment interviews.
- 3.Receive the label upon a favourable assessment, then maintain it as provided.
FAQ — e-AFAQ training label
+Does the e-AFAQ label replace Qualiopi?
No. Only Qualiopi certification conditions access to public and pooled funding; the label is a voluntary, private quality mark.
+What is the point of a private label on top of Qualiopi?
To stand out commercially, have practices assessed by a recognised third party and, for a not-yet-certified provider, to fine-tune documentation before the Qualiopi audit.
+How is the assessment conducted?
Remotely: AFNOR Certification reviews the submitted documentation and conducts interviews, with no on-site visit.
